Job summary

Venture Home in Hicksville, NY is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for residential solar to oversee field operations, lead installer and service teams, and ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery.

You will bridge warehouse, project management, and job sites, hire and train staff, manage schedules, and drive KPI performance while maintaining safety standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential solar operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing field installation and/or service teams.
• Proven track record managing high-volume residential solar projects (50+ installs/year preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; data-driven with KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• Project & Resource Oversight: coordinate with PMs and homeowners to build efficient daily schedules with correct teams and equipment.
• Operational Readiness: manage warehouse organization to ensure teams depart with accurate job packets and plans.
• Quality Control & Documentation: enforce site protocols and real-time photos/notes submission for quick disposition.
• Performance Leadership: drive metrics around production and customer satisfaction while upholding safety and workmanship standards.
• Field Team Leadership & Management: recruit, train, mentor field personnel; supervise installation crews and service techs; approvals & payroll oversight.
