Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential solar or construction.
• 2+ years in a leadership role leading field teams.
• Strong knowledge of solar installation processes and NEC codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience managing budgets and resources.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage installation crews and staff.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality solar installations with safety standards.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in timelines, quality, and cost.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with crew, leadership, customers.
