Catholic Charities, Diocese of Pittsburgh is seeking a compassionate Program Coordinator to join the Regional Outreach Management Team in Washington and Greene County Offices. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, with extensive experience in social services, supervision, and program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required (7+ years may substitute).
• Minimum five years direct client service experience.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel weekly between offices and locations; Act 33/34 and FBI clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned county offices; manage day-to-day operations.
• Provide guidance and supervision to staff, volunteers, and interns; ensure coverage and development.
• Oversee administrative operations; ensure quality, compliance, and reporting readiness.
• Carry a client caseload; facilitate internal case conferences and service delivery.
• Engage in community outreach and partnership development across counties.
• Monitor data and prepare reports for stakeholders; support program evaluation.
