Job summary

Catholic Charities, Diocese of Pittsburgh is seeking a compassionate Program Coordinator to join our Regional Outreach Management Team in Washington and Greene County Offices. You will manage day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and maintain strong partnerships with community and governmental entities.

The role requires a bachelor’s in human services (or equivalent experience), 5+ years direct client service, 3+ years supervision, and weekly travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field; 7 years of relevant experience may substitute.
• Minimum 5 years direct client service experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel weekly between offices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned county offices; provide day-to-day management and oversight.
• Provide guidance, support, and direction to staff; supervise employees, volunteers, and interns; ensure coverage; address challenges; monitor productivity and funder bill-down with supervisor.
• Oversee office and program administrative operations; ensure program quality, service delivery, compliance; coordinate with landlords and vendors; process invoices; maintain client databases and documentation for reporting and audits.
• Carry a client caseload as assigned and facilitate internal case conferencing to assess progress and service delivery.
• Participate in community outreach, engagement, and partnership development; liaison with governmental, nonprofit, faith-based, and community partners; represent Catholic Charities at meetings.
• Monitor program data, outcomes, and performance; prepare reports for stakeholders; support data-informed evaluation and decision-making.
