Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in California seeks an Americas Regional SOC Analyst to lead threat detection, incident response, and exposure management across IT, OT, and R&D environments. You will drive playbooks, automation, and regional incident coordination with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 4+ years of blue team security experience, hands-on SIEM/EDR/NDR, and knowledge of ICSS/SCADA security frameworks. Onsite five days per week in California. Base salary range is stated above.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on blue teaming, security operations, and cyber defense.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, NDR, threat intelligence platforms, and security automation.
• Foundational IT and OT security knowledge, including ICSS/SCADA and embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide SOC Tier 3 incident response capabilities and coordinate regional cyber incident response efforts.
• Develop and implement security strategies for IT, OT, and R&D environments.
• Collaborate with security architects, red teams, and product teams to strengthen security posture.
