Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a hands-on Security Operations Team Lead to oversee the SOC, manage a team of security analysts and engineers, and ensure high-quality delivery to clients. You will drive incident response efforts, implement playbooks, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve detection and response capabilities.

We expect 5+ years in security operations, 2+ years in a leadership role, and experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Security Operations Centre or related security environment.
• At least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Experience with incident detection, escalation, and resolution processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SOC operations and delivery of managed security services to clients.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs for quality assurance.
• Lead incident response efforts with senior SOC staff and technical teams.
• Mentor and schedule the team for 24/7 coverage (where applicable).
• Contribute to playbooks, reports, and client communications.
