Qualifikationen

• Active NY LNHA license.
• 5+ years of progressive SNF leadership.
• Track record of strong survey and financial outcomes.
• Multi-site leadership experience preferred.
• Expertise in CMS regs, PDPM, budgeting, quality improvement.

Aufgaben

• Provide operational oversight for multiple SNFs.
• Coach and develop LNHAs and leadership teams.
• Ensure CMS and DOH compliance and life-safety standards.
• Improve QM, Five-Star ratings, surveys, infection prevention, and resident satisfaction.
• Monitor census, Medicare/Managed Care mix, labor, and budget performance.
• Support facilities during state surveys and investigations.
• Lead turnaround initiatives in underperforming buildings.
• Partner with Directors of Nursing, Medical Directors, Rehabilitation, Finance, HR, and Clinical Consultants.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate Administrators and key leaders.
• Implement corporate initiatives and standardize best practices across facilities.
• Serve as interim executive leadership during vacancies.
