Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license NYS.
• 5+ years of progressive SNF leadership experience.
• Successful tenure as an Administrator with strong survey and financial outcomes.
• Multi-site leadership experience preferred.
• Expertise in CMS regulations, PDPM reimbursement, budget management, quality improvement, census development, and labor management.
• Ability to travel extensively (often 50-80%).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for multiple SNFs.
• Coach and develop LNHAs and leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, state DOH regulations and life safety requirements.
• Improve Quality Measures, Five-Star ratings, survey outcomes, infection prevention, and resident satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance: census/occupancy, Medicare/Managed Care mix, labor, budget.
• Support facilities during state surveys, investigations, and plans of correction.
• Lead turnaround initiatives in underperforming buildings.
• Partner with Nursing, Medical, Rehabilitation, Finance, HR, and Clinical Consultants.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate Administrators and department leaders.
• Implement corporate initiatives and standardize best practices across facilities.
• Serve as interim executive leadership during administrator vacancies.

Full-time
$180,000-$220,000 salary

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for multiple SNFs

• Coach and develop Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHAs) and leadership teams.

• Ensure compliance with CMS, state Department of Health regulations, and life safety requirements.

• Improve Quality Measures (QMs), Five-Star ratings, survey outcomes, infection prevention, and resident satisfaction.
