Job summary

Infinite Care Consulting in Ballston Spa, NY is seeking an experienced LNHA to lead a skilled nursing operation and own the facility’s day‑to‑day performance, including operations, people, compliance, census and financial results, while driving meaningful improvements across the campus.

The ideal candidate will hold an active New York LNHA license and bring proven SNF/LTC administration experience, plus deep knowledge of NYS regulations and surveys.

Qualifications

• Active New York LNHA license required.
• Proven SNF/LTC administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of NYS regulations and surveys.
• Experience leading department heads and managing facility performance.
