Job summary

Hydrafacial is seeking a Regional Training Specialist to onboard new providers, expand the treatment menu, and ensure every patient experience meets brand standards. This field-based role requires extensive travel and hands-on demonstrations.

You will install devices, deliver refresher trainings, collaborate with sales and education teams, and document outcomes in the CRM. A valid driver’s license and esthetician credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; esthetician license or college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in esthetics, clinical training, or related hands-on experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 75%+.
• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients and treatment protocols.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and train teams.

Responsibilities

• Install devices and provide hands-on clinical training for new providers.
• Deliver refresher and advanced trainings to expand treatment menus.
• Co-deliver in-person programs with Training & Education, sales, and franchise teams.
• Perform Hydrafacial treatments to support initiatives and campaigns.
• Maintain territory routing for consistent provider coverage.
• Document training activities and trends in the CRM system.
• Collaborate daily with regional leadership to align priorities.
• Attend industry trade shows and regional events as needed.
• Leverage marketing tools to increase engagement with Hydrafacial devices.
