Job summary

Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) National & Global unit seeks a Regional Sites Manager to lead Indianapolis Education Center and support multiple sites across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. You will supervise staff, manage building operations, and oversee conferencing services to support working adults and community partnerships.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, problem-solving, and execution of strategic initiatives with Christian values.

Qualifications

Must possess a strong Christian commitment per IWU policy.
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Minimum two years supervising and managing employees.
Customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work with diverse communities.
Commercial building and project management experience is helpful.
Strong communication and leadership skills are required.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop regional operational team.
Coordinate building and grounds management to maintain inviting, professional, and safe environment.
Oversee conferencing and build a new guest pipeline for opportunities.
Manage budgets and building finances; assist with oversight of budgets.
Provide operational and spiritual support for staff, students, and faculty; assist the Director as needed.
