Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) seeks a Sites Manager to oversee the Merrillville Education Center and related regional centers within the National & Global unit. You will lead the site team, manage daily campus operations, and coordinate conferencing services to support university programs.
You will work with IWU colleagues and external partners to deliver professional spaces, events, and programs for working adults while promoting IWU's Christian mission and community partnerships.

The Sites Manager plays a vital role in the smooth operation and success of several Education Centers of Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU). These sites are part of the regional education centers located throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky and sit within the National & Global unit of IWU. Each center strives to partner with their community to meet its educational needs. Providing professional meeting space, in addition to educational programs for working adults, allows IWU to build these partnerships while serving the local community.
The Sites Manager will serve as the direct leader of a building as well as the site manager for several other locations from a distance, leading and supporting staff members in the operations and conferencing functions for those sites.
This role is suited for someone who is highly relational and has a love of problem-solving and innovation. In addition, skills related to supervising personnel, customer service, sales, building management, team building, project management, and negotiation will help make the Sites Manager successful.
He/she assumes primary responsibility for property management of the building and staffing for daily campus operations. Supervises regional operational staff. Serves as the conference services manager for a site and other sites as needed. Assists the Regional Director of Management and Assistant Vice President of Operations and Regional Management with projects as needed.
