Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years team leadership, in operations.
• Management experience (direct reports).
• Experience leading facility/site operations.
• Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders across corporate, geographic, and cultural boundaries.

• Lead operations across multiple sites, oversee Site Leads and ensure safety, compliance, and effectiveness.
• Chair Regional Site Lead Team and align Site Heads on regional priorities.
• Champion a strong safety culture and Lilly values.
• Standardize processes and share best practices across sites with regional counterparts.
• Support integration of acquired companies and regional operations.
• Provide regional support for Lilly Gateway Labs.
