Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company in the Boston area is seeking a Regional Lead to oversee operations across multiple sites. You will chair the Regional Site Lead Team, align Site Heads and scientists, and partner with Facilities, IT, HR, HSE, and Research Capital to ensure safe, compliant site operations that enable science.

Responsibilities include implementing the regional operations model, developing site capacity plans, driving cross-site initiatives, and leading a high-performing team of Site Leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, science, business, or management.
• 10+ years of team leadership in operations.
• Management experience with direct reports.
• Experience leading facility/site operations.
• Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders across boundaries.
• Six Sigma leadership experience (preferred).
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple sites in the region.
• Chair the Regional Site Lead Team and align stakeholders.
• Champion safety culture and Lilly values.
• Standardize processes across sites with regional counterparts.
• Support integration of acquired companies in the region.
• Provide Lilly Gateway Labs support on a regional level.
