Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Regional Lead to oversee operations across multiple sites within a region, coordinating Site Leads and partnering with scientific leaders and functional groups to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient site operations. The role supports integration of acquisitions and Lilly Gateway Labs at a regional level.

The candidate will champion safety, align priorities, and share best practices across sites while driving regional strategy and capacity planning to enable current science

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years team leadership experience in operations.
• Experience leading facility/site operations and managing direct reports.
• Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders across corporate and geographic boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple sites in the region and oversee Site Leads, ensuring safe, compliant, and effective day-to-day site operations.
• Chair the Regional Site Lead Team and align Site Heads, Site Leads, scientific leaders and partners on regional priorities.
• Champion a strong safety culture and Lilly values across regions.
• Share best practices across sites and standardize processes with Regional Lead counterparts in other regions.
• Support integration of acquired companies in the region, working with the Operations Integration Lead and Acquisitions Transition Team.
• Provide Lilly Gateway Labs support on a regional level.
