Job summary

SBA Communications Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Regional Site Manager, Operations to oversee on-site management, operation, and regulatory compliance for SBA sites within a defined geographic area. You will exercise discretion and independent judgement to ensure tower safety, adherence to policies, and coordination with Ground Owners and tenants.

This role requires auditing, safety inspections, contractor management, and timely maintenance reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years years of field operations experience.
• Domestic travel required for this role.
• Valid government-issued driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety by ensuring structural integrity and regulatory compliance for all assigned assets.
• Perform and record site safety and compliance inspections in accordance with FAA/FCC and safety regulations.
• Resolve and/or attempt to resolve safety, regulatory, or operational issues on site; report to management with recommendations.
• Complete and submit accurate Tenant Installation Notices into Mobile Manager within 24-48 hours of confirmed install date.
• Perform routine site audits to ensure tenant compliance per the lease agreement; complete site summaries within 24 hours of lease execution.
• Manage timely resolution of trouble tickets; dispatch contractors; ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
