Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in field operations, a valid driver’s license, and strong coordination with Ground Owners and tenants. Travel and emergency response duties may apply.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of field operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site safety and regulatory compliance for all assigned assets.
• Inspect sites and resolve safety or operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Ground Owners, tenants and contractors for maintenance and issues.
