Qualifications

• 5-10 years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply contractual requirements.
• Strong communication and talent development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own operations across multiple accounts with safety, quality and service excellence.
• Build client relationships, identify opportunities, and support new business and retention.
• Manage revenue, costs and margins; oversee district P&L and financial targets.
• Drive labor and financial initiatives to improve efficiency and value.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
