Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Regional Manager, Site Installation Management for the Northeast/Central region. This role leads a field-based team delivering technically complex installations across customer sites, with emphasis on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will oversee mobilization, sequencing, and turnover to commissioning, while coordinating with engineering, project management, and safety teams to resolve field issues and manage risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in industrial automation, material handling systems, or complex installations.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership overseeing field-based teams and contractors.
• Experience delivering large-scale automation projects in active construction or customer environments.
• Strong knowledge of installation planning, scheduling, and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation execution across a regional portfolio with safety, quality, and schedule accountability.
• Develop Site Installation Managers, including performance coaching and deployment.
• Oversee mobilization, sequencing, resource planning, and turnover to Commissioning.
• Manage performance of Symbotic teams, subcontractors, and trades.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Safety, and Commissioning to resolve field issues.
• Monitor schedules, productivity, costs, risks; implement recovery plans as needed.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and site safety requirements; standardize installation controls.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development across Site Installation.
