Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Program Manager-Simulation to oversee the NM Lake Forest Hospital simulation center and lead a wide range of simulation experiences across the region. The role requires strong program management and healthcare simulation expertise, ensuring safety and standardization of activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Two years of healthcare simulation experience as educator or technician.
• Certification in CHSOS or CHSE within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the NM Lake Forest Hospital simulation center and standardized programs across the region.
• Manage preparation, maintenance, inventory and operation of simulation equipment and supplies; design, plan, and schedule activities with facilitators.
• Ensure adherence to program policies, objectives, outcomes, and safety measures across the region.
• Coordinate and supervise the simulation laboratory operations to provide patient simulation experiences region-wide.
