You will mentor Simulation Operations Specialists and Technicians, coordinate daily operations, and drive program development across multiple sites in support of high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, biomedical engineering, education, or technology).
• Associate degree with at least three years of relevant simulation/technical experience.
• High school diploma with five years of progressive simulation operations experience.
• Demonstrated experience in simulation-based education or healthcare simulation.
• Proficiency in audio/visual systems and simulation software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ongoing development of Simulation Operations Specialists and Technicians.
• Coordinate daily simulation operations across multiple sites or departments.
• Design and implement innovative simulation-based education programs with clinical leaders.
• Provide advanced technical support for simulators, task trainers, and multimedia equipment.
• Collect, analyze, and report data on simulation usage and quality metrics.
