Heritage Bank in Minnesota seeks a Shared Services Manager to oversee Retail Banking operations and the Shared Services Pool of Banking Specialists. The role focuses on staffing, scheduling, and frontline execution to ensure consistent service quality across branches.

Responsibilities include leading teams, managing the Shared Services Pool, enforcing controls and compliance, and driving operational improvements while maintaining branch coverage and customer experience standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Retail Banking Operations with supervisory/management experience.
• CSI experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: guide Banking Specialists and Tellers to achieve team goals and service standards.
• Shared Services Pool Management: strategically place and utilize the pool to meet needs while protecting branch coverage.
• Operational Oversight: own lobby operations and frontline execution, including staffing and scheduling.
• Cash & Controls: manage vaults, ATMs, recyclers, and night drop; ensure dual control and GL reconciliations.
• Compliance & Internal Controls: maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Customer Experience Execution: partner with CX Leaders to meet CX standards without compromising controls.
• Work Owner Engagement: align work with Risk, Admin, and Sales; clarify deliverables and capacity.
• Operational Transparency: track metrics including errors, outages, and capacity utilization.
• Customer Service Excellence: ensure professional customer interactions that meet high standards.
• Process Improvement: identify and implement efficiency improvements.
• Capacity Management: prioritize new work based on capacity and risk.
