The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in OSH or related field, with 7+ years in SH&E programs and preferred CSP/ASP/CIH certifications. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OSH or related field; 7+ years in SH&E management.
• Preferred CSP/ASP/CIH certification.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% with overnight trips.
• Live near a major airport hub; coverage across the US.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Safety Coordinators and provide guidance.
• Travel to provide project safety oversight and ensure SH&E standards.
• Prepare reports and recommend procedures to improve performance.
• Inspect safety compliance across branches; perform audits.
• Lead Safety Coordinator calls and train staff on safety tools.
• Investigate incidents with claims support.
