Qualifications

• Experience leading large, multi-site healthcare teams.
• Track record of using KPIs to drive improvements.
• Budgeting and regional growth experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations and culture across assigned centers, maintaining high accountability.
• Mentor Practice Managers and Clinical Directors, establish performance metrics.
• Partner with Clinical Excellence to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing ratios, and cost-efficient operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration for project tracking and stakeholder communication.
