Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Director of Services to lead our Ohio region. You will supervise Practice Managers and Clinical Directors, travel across centers, and align clinical excellence with operational execution to sustain growth and outstanding family care.

Reporting to the EVP of Operations, you will shape metrics, coach leaders, and ensure ethical practices while building a high-performing team across multiple centers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional or multi-site healthcare operations.
• Excellent data analytics and KPI-driven decision making.
• Strong budgeting, staffing and regional growth experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership & accountability for Practice Managers and Clinical Directors across the region.
• Develop bench strength through internal career progression and retention efforts.
• Cultivate culture anchored in integrity, respect, and excellence.
• Coordinate workforce planning with Talent Acquisition; manage staffing ratios.
• Govern operational processes and workflows to align with company standards.
• Partner with clinical teams to ensure ethical, high-quality care and timely documentation.
• Build annual budgets with EVP of Operations; monitor financial performance.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to support project tracking and stakeholder communication.
• Foster relationships with parents, external providers, and local communities.
