Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Regional Service Lead in Independence, OH. This senior role coordinates the Wealth Management Service model regionally, aligning local offices with national standards for account openings, money movement, and back-end processing.

You will oversee CSSs, manage regional work queues, and partner with national leaders to drive centralized service initiatives while supporting travel up to 25% for site visits and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Client service experience in financial industry, such as brokerage and/or banking (7+ years) is required.
• Previous leadership experience desired; experience managing distributed or multi-office teams is a plus.
• Ability to work with HNW individuals with complex account structures.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including regional site visits.
• Demonstrated ability to on-board and train new Client Service team members.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (including Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint).
• Strong financial analytical skills and knowledge of account structures and investments.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, is desired; familiarity with workflow automation or AI-enabled service tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Regional Coordinator for the region, reporting to the National Head of Service and partnering with Regional Presidents.
• Oversee service delivery across offices, using local knowledge with national visibility.
• Be the main service point of contact for the region’s presidents, managing escalations and capacity.
• Own regional work queues and ensure day-to-day service excellence locally while remaining linked to national leadership.
• Manage regional capacity and flex staffing to handle volume spikes and prevent single points of failure.
• Standardize service processes for account openings, money movement, and back-end processing.
• Document policies and procedures with National Head of Service; contribute to firm-wide inventory.
• Identify workflows and regional queues for Salesforce enhancement and centralization.
