MAI in Independence, OH, seeks a Regional Service Lead to coordinate region-wide client service, oversee CSSs, manage regional work queues, and align with national standards for account opening, money movement, and back-end processing.

Reporting to the National Head of Service and collaborating with Regional Presidents, you will lead regional projects, support centralized service transformation, and supervise a scalable, client-centric operation for Wealth Management clients.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years client service experience in financial industry (brokerage/banking).
• Leadership experience with distributed or multi-office teams a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% with regional site visits.
• On-board and train Client Service team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate region and report to National Head of Service.
• Oversee service delivery and regional queues; conduct site visits.
• Standardize workflows for account opening, money movement, and back-end processing.
• Document policies and contribute to firm-wide service work inventory.
• Lead regional and national projects supporting centralized service model.
