Job summary

MAI Wealth Management, Inc. in Independence, OH is seeking a Regional Service Lead to coordinate client service across offices, report to the National Head of Service, and partner with regional presidents.

You will manage Client Service Specialists, oversee regional queues, and drive standardized, centralized service processes aligned with national standards. You will lead capacity planning, training, and quality of back-office processing, while delivering a scalable, client-centric service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of client service experience in financial industry (brokerage or banking).
• Leadership experience with distributed or multi-office teams preferred.
• Ability to work with high-net-worth clients with complex accounts.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Experience onboarding/training Client Service staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong financial analysis and investment knowledge.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce; workflow automation experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional client service operations across offices.
• Oversee regional queues and ensure day-to-day service delivery.
• Lead capacity planning and workflow management for continuity.
• Standardize processes for account opening, money movement, and back-end processing.
• Partner with National Head of Service on policy documentation and initiatives.
• Drive adoption of automation and Salesforce improvements.
• Mentor Client Service Specialists and support onboarding.
