Job summary

Superior Plus Propane in Ossipee/Conway, NH is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our Ossipee or Conway, NH customer service center. You will perform propane service and tank installations, respond to emergencies, and participate in on-call rotations while supporting maintenance and inspections at customer locations.

You will cross-train to assist with deliveries and coordinate with the Service Manager, CSC Manager, and drivers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• NH Gas Fitter's License required.
• CDL Class A or B required.
• Hazmat/Tanker endorsement preferred.
• Propane Delivery License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Propane service and tank installation.
• Identify and correct leaks from tank to equipment connection.
• Respond to customer emergencies as needed.
• Rotate on-call status during evenings and weekends as needed.
• Perform tank maintenance on spare tanks in plants.
• Complete tank inspections and repairs at customer locations.
• Cross-train to assist with bobtail truck propane deliveries.
• Communicate proactively with Service Manager, CSC Manager, Dispatcher, Sales reps, drivers and customers.

WhatYou’llDo

• Propane service and tank installation.
• Able toidentifyand correct any leaks from the tank to equipment connection.
• Respond to customer emergencies as needed

• Complete tank inspections and repairs at customer locations.

• Consistently communicate proactively with the Service Manager, CSC Manager, Dispatcher, Sales reps, drivers, and customers as necessary

What you bring

• 2-3 years propane gas/oil service preferred; HVAC
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
• NH Gas Fitter's Lice required
• CDL Class A or B
• Hazmat/ Tanker endorsement preferred
• Propane Delivery License preferred
