Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Service Operations Excellence Specialist to strengthen service profitability and efficiency across our centers. You will drive standardization, data-driven improvements, and superior customer satisfaction through reporting, training, and system utilization.

The role emphasizes onboarding, KPI management, and process optimization with a strong focus on SAP enhancements. Expect up to 70% travel and a hybrid work setup between Baytown, TX and Rock Hill, SC.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Data Analysis or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years in progressive service support roles.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and BI tools is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service center KPIs to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead onboarding, training, and system adoption across locations.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive process optimization, digitalization, and standardization efforts.
• Provide back-up administrative and planning support as needed.
