Job summary

AB Energy USA seeks a Service Area Manager to lead the Midland area field service operations, optimize technician utilization, and drive safe, reliable service delivery.

You will partner with the Field Service Supervisor to develop talent, align resources with contracts, and improve operational performance while maintaining a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Occasional travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in service operations, field service management, or a related technical service environment.
• Proven leadership of technical teams, customer relationships, and performance.
• Strong budget, resource, and process-improvement capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to travel within the assigned area and beyond as needed.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead service operations for the Midland area, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate technicians, tools, vehicles, and external resources.
• Develop short- and mid-term service plans and monitor performance metrics.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage escalations and service reviews.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of field staff.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
