Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a Regional Service Manager in Easley, SC to lead technical service and training initiatives for water and wastewater pump systems. You will supervise professionals, develop innovative training content, and ensure high customer satisfaction through superior service execution.

You will deliver sessions, build materials, and continuously improve programs while aligning with Sulzer standards. Occasional travel across North America is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical service or training roles.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, motors, variable frequency drives, and pumping system design.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% within North America.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for water and wastewater pump service.
• Create training materials: webinars, presentations, videos, online resources.
• Conduct sessions for distributors, customers, and internal staff.
• Assess training needs and continuously update programs for relevance and effectiveness.
• Collect feedback and evaluate training impact to drive improvements.
• Perform treatment applications and system audits as needed.
