Job summary

You will lead process improvements, expand new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer satisfaction in a fast-paced field service environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant leadership or tech exposure is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Minimum 3 years in sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience or knowledge in diesel and heavy‑duty vehicle repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee, lead, and mentor Mobile Technicians in the designated region.
• Lead a team of Mobile Technicians to drive productivity and growth.
• Coordinate and conduct regular meetings with technicians to engage, energize, and mentor.
• Provide leadership to ensure efficiency, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Provide leadership to individuals and the management team daily.
• Market and support business operations.
• Collaborate with customers to provide solutions meeting requirements.
• Drive new business in developing markets and support existing markets.
• Demonstrate skill in continuous process improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
