Job summary

Solution One Industries Inc. is seeking a Service Manager for West Texas and New Mexico, based in Marfa, TX.

This role leads contract performance, workforce management, and customer engagement to deliver best-in-class facilities maintenance for CBP operations. The ideal candidate will oversee security compliance, lifecycle management of assets, and continuous process improvements while coordinating with CBP leadership and CORs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years as technician in HVAC or mechanical systems.
• Trade Certification (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• PM/Assistant PM certification preferred or PMP
• Minimum 5 years as a manager of service technicians
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, quality assurance programs, and subcontractors
• Ability to pass CBP background and possess valid state driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for contract personnel within a sector/region.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain communication with leadership and clients to address challenges.
• Develop succession planning for key personnel.
• Implement quality control to meet contract requirements.
• Manage contract performance and program objectives.
• Oversee safety protocols and procedures.
• Oversee facility operations, maintenance programs, and logistics.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports and briefings.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance.
• Maintain DHS security compliance and related regulations.
• Lead IWMS, asset management, and inventory accountability.
