Job summary

Solution One Industries is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily repair operations in West Texas and New Mexico, based in Lordsburg, NM. You will guide skilled trades, manage maintenance activities, and ensure ISO/AS9100 and CBP compliance while coordinating with CBP stakeholders to sustain mission readiness.

The role requires a strong background in HVAC, electrical or plumbing trades, plus at least eight years of maintenance experience on large contracts.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Completed vocational or trade school program or apprenticeship (HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing).
Minimum eight (8) years' maintenance experience for similar size/scope contracts.
Experience applying ISO/AS9100 or comparable quality standards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
U.S. citizen able to pass CBP background investigation.
Experience in large, dispersed or HQ-level quality surveillance activities.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily repair operations and guide a team of skilled trades technicians.
Coordinate, track and manage electrical and mechanical maintenance activities.
Decrease equipment downtime through high‑level troubleshooting.
Create and maintain equipment traceability and compliance with ISO/AS9100 standards.
Collaborate with CBP stakeholders and management to ensure mission readiness and service quality.
