Job summary

AccruePartners seeks a senior leader to head regional service operations for a growing healthcare technology organization. You will lead a remote technical service team, drive engagement, and partner with Sales, Operations, and business leaders to elevate service performance.

This role offers responsibility for regional service delivery across the Southeast, with approximately 80% travel and a hybrid in-office schedule (Charlotte, NC preferred).

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in service operations, field services, technical operations, or a related leadership environment.
  • Proven experience leading and developing remote or geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong background in process improvement, project management, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; healthcare technology, medical equipment, or technical service experience is a plus.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical service professionals while driving engagement, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee regional service operations, ensuring customer commitments, performance goals, and service expectations are consistently achieved.
  • Improve service processes to increase efficiency, optimize resources, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Partner with internal teams to support new service program launches, operational initiatives, and ongoing improvements.
  • Manage regional resources, budgets, and priorities to align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Build strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to enhance service solutions and strengthen partnerships.

  • Approximately 80% regional travel required.
