AIR Communities is seeking a focused property maintenance leader to oversee operations across multiple sites in the Las Vegas area. The role drives KPI performance, including turn times and CSAT, while managing vendor relations and budget adherence.

You will lead on-site teams, conduct inspections, and implement cost-saving maintenance programs, with opportunities to mentor future Service Managers and Technicians. This role starts in December 2026 and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in engineering, facilities management, or business.
• Minimum 6 years' property maintenance management experience and budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management procedures and program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage operations across sites.
• Lead on-site service teams to meet KPIs (turn times, costs, CSAT).
• Ensure clear communication up and down the org chart.
• Conduct daily site inspections and monitor vendor performance.
• Benchmark maintenance costs and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Mentor and develop Service Managers and Service Techs.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and site schedules.
• Plan and project property maintenance and capital needs with teams.
