AIR Communities is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee multi-site operations in the Las Vegas area. You will lead on-site service teams, monitor KPIs, and ensure effective communication up and down the organization to sustain high performance.

Responsibilities include site inspections, vendor management, cost benchmarking, capital project coordination, and development of internal talent through mentoring and training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, facilities management or business.
• 6+ years of property maintenance management experience.
• Strong budgeting, planning and program implementation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage operations across multiple sites.
• Provide leadership and oversight of on-site service teams to meet KPIs.
• Communicate decisions clearly up and down the chain.
• Conduct daily site inspections and monitor performance of teams and vendors.
• Benchmark costs and implement savings initiatives to reduce site costs.
• Develop talent within service managers and technicians through training.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and budgeting projections.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on capital projects.
