Job summary

The State of Illinois’ Department of Human Services is seeking a Regional Service Delivery Coordinator to oversee regional Family and Community Services operations. This role requires analytical thinking, program operations expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with headquarters in Marion, IL and a salary range of $9,500 to $11,227 per month.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree.
• Three years progressively responsible administrative service delivery experience.
• Experience with public assistance program policies (e.g., SNAP, Medicaid) preferred.

Responsibilities

• As Regional Service Delivery Coordinator, coordinate initiatives with regional managers and FCRC Administrators to meet service delivery goals.
• Provide managerial oversight to enhance timely delivery of services by FCRCs.
• Support FCRC administrative teams with staffing transactions and reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and serve as customer service liaison.
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with program requirements and confidentiality.
• Perform additional duties as needed within the scope of duties.
