CSafe keeps temperature-sensitive shipments moving for the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. As Regional Manager, Service Centers, you’ll oversee maintenance operations at CSafe-owned and third-party repair stations across the Americas, ensuring on-time return to service.

You’ll serve as Accountable Manager for the region, ensuring compliance with FAA standards, staff qualifications, and supplier quality while growing the region’s footprint and optimizing performance across centers.

Qualificações

• 5+ years managing a team in a product maintenance or manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years managing third-party partners or suppliers.
• Knowledge of FAA Part 145 regulatory requirements.
• Certification authorization from the local airworthiness authority or ability to obtain it.
• Experience interacting with airworthiness inspectors or equivalent authorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to engage at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience; proficiency with Office and tracking programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the regional service center team including hiring, performance and development of station leaders.
• Own training, qualification, and certification currency for regional staff per FAA and CSafe standards.
• Act as Accountable Manager for regional repair stations with regulatory compliance.
• Ensure maintenance by approved organizations meets local authority standards (FAA).
• Secure resources to support maintenance activity across the region.
• Drive performance on turnaround time, capacity, cost per repair, and supplier scorecards.
• Lead audit readiness and close corrective actions from regulatory findings and audits.
• Run Supplier Readiness Assessments and enforce container airworthiness standards.
• Build and execute the regional operating plan and align with company goals.
• Provide capacity and site-readiness insights to shape network planning.
