Job summary

CSafe Global in Des Plaines, IL, seeks a Regional Manager, Service Centers to lead the Americas repair network, directing maintenance at CSafe-owned stations and trusted partners so containers return to service on time, every time.

You will serve as the designated Accountable Manager for regional stations, ensuring regulatory compliance, staff qualification, and supplier performance while growing the region's footprint across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing a team or equivalent leadership experience.
• 3+ years managing third-party partners or suppliers.
• Working knowledge of airworthiness regulations — FAA Part 145.
• Valid certification authorization from local airworthiness authority, or ability to obtain it.
• Experience interacting with airworthiness inspectors or equivalent regulatory agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional credibility.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience; proficiency with MS Office and tracking programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional service center team — hiring, performance, development, succession, and coaching of station leaders.
• Own training, qualification, and certification currency for regional staff against airworthiness authority requirements and CSafe standards.
• Act as Accountable Manager for the region's repair stations, ensuring all work stays within each station's certificate and regulatory authority.
• Ensure maintenance by approved organizations meets local authority standards (FAA).
• Secure resources to support maintenance activity across the region.
• Drive performance against turnaround time, capacity utilization, cost per repair, and supplier scorecards; lead improvements.
• Own audit and inspection readiness and close corrective actions from regulatory findings and audits.
• Run Supplier Readiness Assessments and partner with CSafe Quality to enforce container airworthiness standards.
• Build and execute the regional operating plan; translate company goals into regional priorities.
• Provide capacity, demand, and site-readiness insights to shape network planning.
