Job summary

ANDRITZ in Lawton, OK is seeking a Sales Account Manager to cover the South Central USA region (AR, OK, KS, MO). You will sell the Paper Service Divisions and build long-term customer relationships.

You will drive growth, manage forecasts and budgets, and collaborate with internal teams. Travel up to 80% is required; a strong engineering background and pulp & paper knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Engineering or 5 to 10 years' experience in Pulp and Paper.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience and established relationships with the customers in the region is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Andritz Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service product lines is required.
• Willingness to travel- 80% of time will be spent in the field
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize when multiple tasks require attention

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact to build new and long-term relationships with customers
• Continually look for ways to improve account growth through clear understanding of clients' objectives and goals
• Ability to drive client retention and satisfaction throughout the territory
• Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams
• Maintain organized and detailed territory records in the Company's CRM system
• Represents all product lines assigned on each mill visit
• Responsible for the territory forecasts, budgets and cost controls
• Develop and adhere to processes and workflows, as it relates to account success
• Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed and assist with implementing these processes
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required
