Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist to join the Operations Team. As Interim Executive Director, you will be deployed to Grace Management, Inc.

communities to oversee daily operations and align with policies and mission. You will report to the Regional Director of Operations, manage resident and staff engagement during transitions, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with home office for financial and payroll deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; five years of senior living management experience or equivalent education.
• Three years of leadership and management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 100% to serve in Interim Executive Director role across the region.
• Excellent computer and writing/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enforce policies regarding duties and activities of community associates.
• Oversee all department supervisors and administrative personnel.
• Manage the personnel function, recruitment, employment, performance, and evaluation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports as directed by supervisor.
• Support and/or serve as the sales leader to achieve occupancy goals and a strong business development presence.
