Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 100% region-wide.
• Must obtain Assisted Living Facility Manager license in Arizona.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office and PM software.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enforce policies for community associates and operations.
• Supervise department supervisors and administrative personnel.
• Oversee financial transactions and payroll processes.
• Coordinate residences move-ins/outs and residency agreements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop relationships with residents, families, and staff to support transitions.
• Report weekly/monthly performance to regional leadership.
