Tecta America Corp. in Sanford, FL is seeking a Regional Senior Accountant to support accurate financial reporting, close activities, and strong internal controls across operating units.

You will prepare journal entries, review project costs and WIP, and coordinate with regional staff and the Regional Controller to ensure timely, reliable financial results. Travel up to 25%.

CPA/CMA preferred; bachelor's in accounting; advanced Excel and ERP experience required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Construction accounting experience including WIP and CTC preferred; manufacturing considered.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience required; payroll processing knowledge beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Support month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze project costs, WIP, and CTC; investigate variances and communicate findings.
• Prepare forecasts and analyze results vs. budget and prior periods.
• Assist audits, maintain controls, and support payroll reconciliation and reporting.
• Train and guide unit accounting staff; support regional initiatives and projects.
