JPMorganChase is seeking a Regional Security Leader, Vice President, to own regional security programs that protect employees, customers, assets, and facilities. You will partner with business leaders, coordinate with law enforcement, and drive crisis management and security awareness across sites.

You will lead incident response, guard force operations, risk assessments, and security technology initiatives while coordinating with legal, HR, and real estate teams.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in corporate or physical security or related field.
• Experience developing security programs including risk analysis, threat modeling and security assessments.
• Experience managing guard force operations and budget accountability, including invoices.
• Knowledge of physical security technologies and facility security requirements.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with competing priorities.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to travel; HR218 license per firm requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day regional security operations, including incident triage, escalation, and response; provide after-hours support as needed.
• Manage the regional guard force program end-to-end, including performance oversight and expense validation.
• Establish and oversee incident management processes to support crisis management and security operations.
• Conduct security reviews and risk assessments; identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigations.
• Collaborate with investigations, fraud, HR, Legal, Real Estate and business management to support investigations and documentation.
• Maintain relationships with law enforcement and coordinate planning for threats impacting locations or personnel.
• Support security infrastructure initiatives and lifecycle management at properties; review lease riders.
• Deliver security awareness training, including robbery response and workplace safety.
• Analyze data to produce insights and report program status to leadership.
• Lead and develop a high-performing security team and travel as required.
