Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Security Officer to safeguard facilities in North America. You will monitor access, inspect premises, report hazards, manage alarms, and respond to emergencies.

The role requires active security licensing, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication and leadership abilities. Candidate must meet state licensing, safety certifications, and have 5+ years of security experience; emphasis on professional presentation and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Must have active State Security Guard License, if required by state law
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification
• Practice normal hygiene and personal cleanliness, neat in dress and appearance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in multiple computer operating systems
• Customer and Client focus
• Strong leadership skills and previous management experience
• Working knowledge of Critical infrastructure security operations, technical security, alarm management, mobile communication and incident reporting applications
• Associate degree, or US Military background with honorable discharge, AND a minimum of five (5) years prior Security Officer experience
