Job summary

JPMorganChase Global Security is seeking a Regional Security Manager to lead security programs for corporate facilities in the Greater Washington DC area. You will plan, implement, and monitor security protocols, investigations, and risk mitigation, partnering with LOB leaders and local agencies.

You will travel occasionally for corporate events security and executive protection, manage a guard force, and drive security reviews and training to protect people, assets and operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of security management with corporate or military/law enforcement background.
• College degree from a 4-year accredited university.
• Experience in risk analysis, vulnerability identification, threat modelling and security reviews.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and communication skills for fast-paced environments.
• Familiar with physical security tech and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and coordinate follow-up and risk mitigation with partners and law enforcement.
• Develop relationships with law enforcement, LOB leaders, and management; coordinate plans.
• Manage guard force across assigned facilities.
• Conduct periodic security reviews, risk assessments and training.
• Support security infrastructure projects and after-hours emergency response.
• Travel occasionally for corporate events security and executive protection.
