Qualifications

• 3+ years leading Enterprise Sales Engineers and/or frontline leaders.
• 7+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a technical customer-facing role.
• Ability to partner with senior Sales leadership on regional strategy and forecast alignment.
• Willingness to travel to support customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Specialist Sales Engineers focused on Security.
• Partner with senior Sales leadership on regional strategy, multi-quarter planning, and forecast alignment.
• Own in-field execution at a regional level with executive presence and stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee high-quality delivery across technical sales cycles in the region.
• Hire and onboard top talent across ICs and manager roles, accelerating ramp.
• Manage regional operations including resource allocation and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Support at a senior level.
• Drive operational excellence and scalable evaluation frameworks across the region.
