You will coach staff, provide training, ensure appropriate coverage, and interact with client representatives to guarantee security requirements are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Above average computer/technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers and other personnel on client posts; ensures post orders are followed and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with management as needed.
• Trains security staff and reviews assignments with subordinates.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions with management.
• Prepares and submits various reports as required.
• Inspects posts and outlines tasks for subordinates.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer per post orders.
